Information we collect

When you request a quote or consultation, book an appointment, or become a customer, we collect the details you give us: name, phone number (including mobile number), email, address or ZIP code, project type, and any message you include. As your project progresses we also keep the records needed to do the work: measurements, designs, selections, quotes, invoices, payment status, and the content of our communications with you, including text messages.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform your project, send quotes, estimates, invoices, and payment reminders, provide customer support, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you give us your mobile number, we may use it and the content of your text messages to send appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival updates from our installation and service teams, project status and scheduling updates, invoices and payment reminders, and support replies. We do not sell your information.

Text messaging (SMS)

When you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Regal Home Center may send you SMS or MMS messages about your project and our services. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices; "on my way" and arrival window updates; project status and scheduling coordination; quotes, estimates, invoices, and payment reminders; and customer service communications. Message frequency varies with your active project and how you communicate with us: more during scheduling and installation, fewer during quiet periods. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing texts to numbers that have not separately opted in to promotional messaging.

How we share information

We share your information only with service providers that help us run the business and only for that purpose: our field service and invoicing platform, which stores customer records and sends appointment and payment messages on our behalf; our email and text message delivery providers; our website hosting and content providers; payment processors; and, for your project, the installers, fabricators, and subcontractors who need your address and scheduling details. Each is permitted to use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how our site is used and to measure our advertising. These services set cookies and similar identifiers when you visit, which let us see which pages are viewed and whether a visit came from one of our ads. We do not use them to identify you personally, and we do not sell your information.

If you arrive from one of our ads, we record the click identifier and campaign details alongside any request you submit, so we can tell which advertising leads to real enquiries.

How we protect your information

We store your information in secure, access-controlled systems provided by reputable vendors, transmitted over encrypted connections. Access is limited to staff and contractors who need it to serve you, and we apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. We keep your information for as long as needed to complete your project, honor our warranty, and meet legal and accounting requirements. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or update anything that is inaccurate, or ask us to delete it, except data we must keep for legal or administrative reasons. To make any of these requests, or to ask us to stop processing your information, call or email us using the details below. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message from us.

You may also opt out of analytics and advertising cookies at any time: install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, adjust your Google Ad Settings, or block cookies in your browser.
