Design direction
A calm, pared-back bathroom that gets its interest from texture rather than colour. A single stacked-stone wall supplies all the pattern; every other surface is kept smooth and quiet.
Materials and finishes
A split-face stone tile in greys and whites clads the vanity wall, with large-format grey porcelain on the floor and the wet wall. A rectangular freestanding tub in white sits against a black-framed window. Fittings are chrome, including a wall-mounted valve set and a wall-hung basin with exposed trap.
Layout and function
The wall-hung basin leaves the floor clear beneath it, which makes a narrow room feel wider and simplifies cleaning. The tub is placed to take the window and the daylight, and the mirror opposite bounces that light back across the stone.
