Design direction
A bright, symmetrical kitchen organised around the range wall. Glass-front uppers flank the hood in a matched pair, and the island sits square to them, so the room reads as balanced from the moment you walk in.
Materials and finishes
Cream-white cabinetry, including two lit glass-front cabinets either side of the hood. The island is topped in a white stone with strong grey veining. Behind the range, a penny-round mosaic in mixed warm greys and browns supplies texture and is the room's real focal point. Stainless appliances throughout, with brass control knobs on the range.
Layout and function
The island carries an undermount double sink and faces the range across a wide working aisle. A stainless chimney hood vents above a gas range, and the tall refrigerator is set into the cabinetry run so its face sits flush. Two black wire cage pendants light the island without obstructing the view through to the range wall.
